Order Cancellation Conditions

Within 48 Hours: If you submit a cancellation request within 48 hours of placing your order and the items have not yet been shipped, the order can be directly cancelled without penalty.

After 48 Hours or Shipped Orders: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped (regardless of the time elapsed), we are unable to intercept the package or cancel the order. In this case, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items. Once received, you may contact us to initiate a return and refund process. Refund Instructions

Once the cancellation or return is confirmed, the refund will be issued back to the original bank card account (Visa, MasterCard) used during the payment.

Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

Order Modifications
If you wish to modify the details of your order (such as changing the shipping address or item specifications) rather than cancelling it, please contact us within the 48-hour window before shipment. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but if the item has already been dispatched, modifications cannot be made.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
