Thank you for shopping at Hogarbelleza (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing high-quality garden loungers and patio umbrellas. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return and Exchange Validity Period
You have 45 days from the date you received the item (sign for receipt) to request a return or exchange. If 45 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return and Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must generally be in the same condition that you received it. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Appearance Issues: The product has visible scratches, dents, or aesthetic damage upon arrival.

Quality Issues: The product is defective, broken, or malfunctions.

Sensory Issues: The product has a strong chemical odor, severe color difference from the website display, or similar issues.

Wrong Item: You received a product that does not match your order (wrong model, size, or color).

No Reason (Change of Mind): You simply changed your mind or no longer want the item. For these returns, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Return Process

Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If your application is approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide you with the return address.

Ship Back: You need to mail the item back to our designated return address. Please ensure the package is securely packed using the original packaging if possible.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will immediately inspect it to verify if it matches the situation you reported. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange a refund for you immediately. For more information on refunds, please refer to the Refund Policy section below.
Exchange Process

Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.

Ship Back: You need to mail the item back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

Inspection and Re-shipping: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the item. If the inspection confirms your claim, we will arrange for the new item to be shipped within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 7-15 business days. For more details on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.

Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days after we process it. If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact us.
Fee Rules

We Pay: For returns or exchanges caused by appearance issues, quality issues, odors/severe color differences, or wrong items sent, we will cover the shipping costs.

You Pay: For "No Reason" returns or exchanges (change of mind), you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Return Label
A return label is included inside every package to facilitate your return process. Please keep this label safe until you are sure you will keep the product.
Liability Statement
We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance of the garden loungers and patio umbrellas by the user. Furthermore, we are not liable for personal items left inside returned packages.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before Shipping: If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.

After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be intercepted. You will need to follow the "No Reason" return process after receiving the goods.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the shipment if possible and contact us immediately. If you have already accepted the shipment and find the item damaged, please save all packaging materials and paperwork, and contact us within 48 hours to start a claim.
