Delivery Scope: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Australia. We do not support delivery to other countries.

6. Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions:

Orders can be cancelled directly within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics delivery to be completed and then contact us to arrange a return and refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. Regarding arrival time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days.
