Delivery Scope
We currently only provide shipping services within Australia. We do not support delivery to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: For orders totaling AUD 100 or more, we provide free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AUD 100, a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99 will apply.
Taxes
Transparency is key to our service. All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cutoff time is 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day will begin the processing stage on the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting on the next available business day.
Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process, pack, and hand over your items to the carrier.
Transit Time
After the handling process is complete and the order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 7 to 15 business days. Please note that transit times may vary depending on your specific location within Australia.

Product Damage or Loss: If your item is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the order has been shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, we may not be able to intercept or modify the delivery instructions.

Delivery Address and Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Signing for Delivery
Upon arrival, please inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery. If you notice significant visible damage to the packaging, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier network strikes may cause delays. In such events, we will do our best to keep you informed of the status of your order.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the carrier attempts delivery when no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your package. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for collection or re-delivery within the timeframe specified by the carrier.
